Educational Qualification:- (i) Madhyamik Passed from West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its Equivalent.

(ii) Diploma in relevant trades recognized by the State Council for Technical Education, West Bengal or its equivalent with a minimum 3 years Post-Diploma experience in the related field in a reputed Industry/Establishment/Training Institute.

National Trade Certificate in the concerned trade as a regular trainee with not less than 5 years Post-Qualification experience in the related field in a reputed Industry/Establishment/Training Institute.

National Apprenticeship Certificate in the concerned trades with not less than 4 years Post-Qualification experience in the related field in a reputed Industry/Establishment/Training Institute.

(iii) Ability to impart training in Bengali.

(iv) Workmen's Permit for Electrician & Wireman Trades.

Age:- Not more than 39 years as on 01.01.2020 (Age relaxation for SC,ST,OBC & PWD as per govt. rules)

Pay Scale:- 7,100 - 37,600 (P.B. 3) + Grade Pay Rs. 3,900/- and other allowance.
